Serving Through Spartanburg Hope
Spartanburg Hope is made up of five executive members that are dedicated to serving others in the Spartanburg Community. They are students from the University of South Carolina Upstate, Wofford College, and Boiling Springs High School and have dreams of bringing hope to the next generation.

Jessica grew up in Goose Creek, SC just outside of Charleston. She currently plays on the volleyball team at Wofford College and will finish her degree in Psychology in the spring of 2016. Along with volleyball, she is also a part of the Army ROTC program and will commission next May. Sophomore year of college, Jessica shared the idea with her teammates, and got them on board to adopt a classroom. Emily's giving spirit is infectious, Jessica says, and has inspired her to want to bring a little bit of Charleston Hope to the community that she has called home for the last 3 years.
Brittni is from Charleston, South Carolina and is currently a senior at University of South Carolina Upstate. She is studying Secondary Education concentrating in math and she plans to become a high school math teacher. Brittni got involved with Charleston Hope because she grew up with its’ founder, Emily Hoisington. After watching Emily and the team work so hard with Charleston Hope, she felt a calling to bring that to her college town Spartanburg. Brittni has a heart for serving children and teenagers and plans to become a principal of a high school. She is so excited to serve on board with Spartanburg Hope.

Danni grew up in Sellersburg, IN. She currently plays on the volleyball team at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. She plans to major in Humanities and minor in Business with the hopes of working with nonprofits in the future. Danni will graduate in the spring of 2018. She first heard about Charleston Hope from her teammate, Jessica Graham and is incredibly excited to help bring some of this hope to the Spartanburg community.
Sarah grew up in Greer, SC right down the road from Spartanburg. This is where she found her passion to become a future educator. She is a junior at the University of South Carolina Upstate studying Secondary Education Mathematics. Sarah always knew that she wanted to make a difference to children of all ages. She believes that Spartanburg Hope is going to create a spark in the Spartanburg community. Sarah knows that Spartanburg Hope is going to change the live of so many kids and is looking forward to serving through Spartanburg Hope.
Landon Bridges
Director of Communications and Creative Design
Landon grew up in Boiling Springs, SC. He is currently a Junior at Boiling Springs High School. He is the younger brother to Chandler Bridges, the Vice President and Co-Founder of Charleston Hope. Landon has been involved with Charleston Hope and is very excited to begin working in his own community of Spartanburg. After high school, Landon plans to attend a four year university, with a major in Business and hopes of becoming an Evangelistic Minister.
